Aquest codi pret\u00e9n garantir un entorn segur, inclusiu i equitatiu per a totes les persones associades, independentment del seu sexe, g\u00e8nere o qualsevol altra caracter\u00edstica personal.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Principis Generals<\/strong><\/p><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>Igualtat de tracte i d&#8217;oportunitats:<\/strong> L&#8217;associaci\u00f3 es compromet a garantir la igualtat de tracte i d&#8217;oportunitats entre dones i homes en totes les seves activitats, des de la participaci\u00f3 en esdeveniments fins a la presa de decisions.<\/li><li><strong>No-discriminaci\u00f3: <\/strong>Es prohibeix qualsevol tipus de discriminaci\u00f3 per ra\u00f3 de sexe, g\u00e8nere, orientaci\u00f3 sexual, ra\u00e7a, religi\u00f3, discapacitat o qualsevol altra caracter\u00edstica personal.<\/li><li><strong>Prevenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;assetjament:<\/strong> S&#8217;estableixen mesures preventives per evitar qualsevol forma d&#8217;assetjament sexual o per ra\u00f3 de sexe dins de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3.<strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00c0mbit d&#8217;Aplicaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest codi \u00e9s aplicable a totes les persones associades a l&#8217;AFVAN, aix\u00ed com als col\u00b7laboradors externs i participants en activitats organitzades per l&#8217;associaci\u00f3.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Mesures i Actuacions<\/strong><\/p><ol style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li><strong>S<\/strong><strong>ensibilitzaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Es realitzaran accions informatives sobre igualtat de g\u00e8nere i prevenci\u00f3 de la discriminaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;assetjament, adre\u00e7ades a totes les persones associades.<\/li><li><strong>Protocol d&#8217;actuaci\u00f3 davant de situacions d&#8217;assetjament:<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Recepci\u00f3 de den\u00fancies:<\/strong> Es designar\u00e0 una persona de contacte que rebr\u00e0 i gestionar\u00e0 les den\u00fancies per assetjament sexual o per ra\u00f3 de sexe. Aquesta persona garantir\u00e0 la confidencialitat i el respecte a les persones implicades.<\/li><li><strong>Investigaci\u00f3:<\/strong> Es realitzar\u00e0 una investigaci\u00f3 imparcial i confidencial de les den\u00fancies, amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;experts externs si cal.<\/li><li><strong>Mesures correctives:<\/strong> En cas de confirmar-se l&#8217;assetjament, es prendran les mesures disciplin\u00e0ries pertinents, que poden incloure l&#8217;expulsi\u00f3 de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Accions positives:<\/strong> Es promouran accions positives per fomentar la participaci\u00f3 equilibrada de dones i homes en totes les activitats de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3 i Seguiment<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es realitzar\u00e0 un seguiment i una avaluaci\u00f3 peri\u00f2dica del codi per assegurar-ne l&#8217;efectivitat i per implementar millores si fos necessari.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Disposicions Finals<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquest codi entrar\u00e0 en vigor des del moment de la seva aprovaci\u00f3 per La Junta de l&#8217;AFVAN i ser\u00e0 d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 immediata.
